The website
This site is informational. It describes the company and points you to our products. It is not a contract to provide software. A contract starts when both sides sign one, or when you accept product terms at sign-in.
Product terms
Software we operate is covered separately. The current product terms of use are published here: Illuminating Software Terms of Use. If your program has a signed agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these website terms.
Accuracy
We take care with claims on this site. Figures that are still being confirmed are left off rather than estimated. If something here is wrong, email support@zfairs.com and we will correct it.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Product agreements may specify a different venue; follow that agreement for product disputes.
